Termination

The first two weeks of care is a probationary period. This contract may be terminated within this period by the parent/guardian or Dragonfly staff, if submitted in writing with no further obligation to either party.
 
A minimum of two weeks notice in writing is required to terminate services. Payment is required for the last two weeks of care from the receipt of written notice even if the child does not attend Dragonfly Daycare during that time.
 
Reasons for termination by provider include but are not limited to:
.............Failure to comply with day care rules
.............Non-payment or recurring late payments
.............Failure to comply with signed contracts
.............Destructive or hurtful behavior of the child that persists even with parent's cooperation
.............Inability to reasonably meet the child's needs
.............Scheduling changes that cannot be accommodated
.............Repeated, blatant disrespect to the provider or family
.............Repeated early drop-off or late pickup
.............Knowingly bringing an ill child to care
